For many restaurants, creating the perfect aesthetic is just as important as the food itself. The beloved Taiwanese eatery Bao is no exception. Known for its meticulously curated visuals and innovative menus, Bao has become a cult favorite among food enthusiasts. Now, the founders of the restaurant group, Shing Tat Chung, Erchen Chang, and Wai Ting Chung, have partnered with fashion concept store Dover Street Market for an exciting pop-up event in celebration of the upcoming lunar new year, which falls on February 10th.
