Allen’s Performance: “Just Get It Done”
In a post-game interview, the star quarterback of the Buffalo Bills, Josh Allen, summed up his performance with a memorable analogy. Allen stated, “I don’t think I threw the ball that many times, which again … just get it done, just find a way to win. I felt like the kid that didn’t do anything in the class project but still got an A.” This statement reflects his determination to lead his team to victory.
Dominating Performance by Buffalo’s Offense
The Buffalo Bills offense, led by Allen, had the Dallas Cowboys on their heels for the entire game. The momentum started with a 2-yard touchdown run by Latavius Murray in the first quarter. Allen then continued to impress with a touchdown pass to Cook and a rushing touchdown of his own before halftime. The relentless pressure exerted by the Bills offense proved too much for the Cowboys to handle.
Dallas Struggles to Maintain Momentum
The Dallas Cowboys managed to score only one more time after Allen and the Bills’ dominant performance. CeeDee Lamb scored a 3-yard run touchdown, but it was not enough to turn the tide in their favor. The Cowboys’ star quarterback, whose MVP chances may have slipped away, finished the game with 21 completions out of 34 attempts, 134 passing yards, and one interception. He was also sacked three times.
Buffalo Continues Strong Season
The Buffalo Bills’ victory against the Dallas Cowboys propelled them to an 8-6 overall record, with an impressive 6-2 record on the road. On the other hand, the Dallas Cowboys now have a 10-4 overall record, with a less impressive 3-4 record away from their home stadium, AT&T Stadium.
